This relieves the stress of over populated shelters and gives the pets we bring more visibility to potential adopters in our jurisdiction. Chewbacca was among the first pets we brought in at the start of 2025 and staff and volunteers were instantly in love.
Sparkles was an aptly named little girl. She was found by a resident in late November all alone next to an electrical box and it may have contributed to her sparking personality. Her initial time was spent in foster care, so we didn't know much about her until she came back to us.

Billy Joe came to us as a stray with two other cats back in August of 2024. It was obvious they were loved by someone at some point cause when Billy Joe came in he was a healthy 18lbs. He was immediately friendly with staff and volunteers alike head butting them or rubbing on them for attention. So staff lovingly called him our Sweetest Biggest Boy.
