In a highlight of our yearlong celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, the City is hosting a once-in-a-lifetime Mission Viejo Parade on July 11. The parade kicks off at 9 am in front of St. Kilian Church at 26872 Estanciero Drive along Marguerite Parkway turns onto La Paz Road and ends at the BBQ Music Fest at Oso Viejo Community Park, 24932 Veterans Way.

Join us for an evening of Harry Potter trivia and light refreshments! Challenge yourself with questions from across the series. Bring your friends, show off your Hogwarts knowledge, and see if you have what it takes to be crowned the ultimate Harry Potter fan!

Design, build, and race your cardboard vessel in an epic battle for bragging rights and glory! 

Each team will receive two pieces of cardboard, one roll of duct tape, a utility knife, and one hour to build their vessel. Teams consist of up to four persons to design and build their boat with one person as the assigned rider. 

Races will be split into two groups, first group is riders ages 6-10 years old. The second group is for riders age 11 and older. 

Participants can come dressed in Viking themed attire.

Join us for thee free Movies in the Park series under the stars. The event begins at 5 pm, with the movie starting at dusk. Drop off blankets and chairs early. Refreshments and food will be available for purchase, along with free games, a bounce house, and music.
