The City Clerk serves as a critical link between the City of Mission Viejo and its citizens. The City Clerk is the local official who administers democratic processes such as elections, all legislative actions, and ensuring transparency to the public. The City Clerk is a compliance officer for federal, state, and local statutes including the Political Reform Act, and the Brown Act. The department is committed to quality customer service and innovation.
