Join us for the unveiling and dedication of the new Mosaic Obelisk and an America 250 Patriot Marker located in the center of the hedge maze on the Oso Creek Trail. The City of Mission Viejo is proud to partner with the Mission Viejo Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution for this project, part of the national America 250! commemoration effort, honoring the courage and sacrifice of the Patriots who fought for America’s independence and inspiring future generations to imagine the next 250 years.

The Mosaic Obelisk features four stunning panel designs created by DAR artist Maryann Rudolph Herrera. These designs depict symbols and events that celebrate the bravery and contributions of the Patriots. The obelisk, standing 10 feet high with an additional 4-foot base, will be located at the Hedge Maze along the Oso Creek Trail. At its base, the America 250 Patriot Marker will pay tribute to the men and women whose sacrifices secured our independence.

Seating is limited. Park in the lower Potocki lot and follow signs to the hedge maze.
