JR the cat needs a loving, forever home

As his name implies, John Rambo is a strong, confident cat that turns heads with his physicality and good looks. JR, as he is affectionately called, originally came to the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center more than two months ago as a rescue from another shelter. At only 1.5 years old, JR epitomizes youthful exuberance with his boundless energy and curiosity. He can often be found exploring the private room where he lives, engaging in various activities while jumping around and chasing his toys.

He is a favorite of many volunteers as well as the director of the center because of his mischievous nature and hilarious antics. JR has personality to spare, but like many young male cats, he can get frustrated if not given the appropriate amount of play time. JR would be a great addition to an active home, maybe even a group of fun-loving young people who will match his energy.
