All ticket proceeds will benefit the Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division from Camp Pendleton.

In an effort to help residents impacted by the COVID-19 crisis and give others a chance to give back, the City will continue hosting Food Drives with fun themes and music.

Following the May 2 food drive that resulted in 8,000 pounds of food collected, the City will host additional drives from 9-11 am on May 16, May 30, June 13 and June 27 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.

About 4,000 people will endorse a drug-free lifestyle during Mission Viejo’s 31st annual Walk Against Drugs & Community Fair on Saturday, October 19.

Have you heard of the Caring Fairies? These magical beings will return to the Oso Creek Trail on November 3, turning a 1-mile swath into a whimsical place of hidden fairy houses and other delights amid the tree trunks. Their return coincides with the Artisan Faire from 10 am to 4 pm at the Potocki Center for the Arts, 27301 La Paz Road.

From music and art to knitting and the principals of design, the Potocki Center for the Arts hosts classes designed to tap your creative side. Here's the lineup for September:

Beginning Ukulele

Get in shape for college admission testing by taking SAT and ACT Bootcamps at the Montanoso Recreation Center.

Tutor Doctor is partnering with the City to offer SAT and ACT practice tests for students who want to test their performance in the same environment as a real test.  Tutor Doctor proctors the test like the official tests, with the same time limits and content.  Each test is scored, and results are sent to parents.

Get ready to take the stage and share your talents at the upcoming Open Mic Nights.  Whether you are an amateur or professional, are looking to try new material or plug an upcoming event, you are invited to display your skills in music, singing, comedy, poetry, magic and more.

Sponsored by the Mission Viejo Friends of the Arts, these free events are happening August 3, 17 and 24, each with a 6:30 pm sign-up and 7:00 pm start at the Potocki Center for the Arts, located at 27301 La Paz Road.
